Starting from Walvis Bay, the day begins with a guided sea kayaking excursion at Pelican Point, where you paddle in calm Atlantic waters alongside playful Cape fur seals. The seals often swim right up to the kayaks, creating unforgettable close-up wildlife encounters. No prior kayaking experience is required, making this activity suitable for beginners.
After kayaking and light refreshments, the adventure continues inland in a 4×4 vehicle as you enter the remote Sandwich Harbour area, part of the Namib-Naukluft National Park. Here, towering golden dunes plunge dramatically into the Atlantic Ocean one of the few places on Earth where desert and sea collide so spectacularly.
Perfect for nature lovers, adventure seekers, photographers, and families.
